Sorry for the delays this morning - we had technical difficulties!

Citi has been involved in environmental racism by pouring over $332 billion into the fossil fuel industry since the Paris Accords. This has led to devastating consequences, especially in Communities of Color and the Global South, where fire, flooding, extreme heat, and air pollution are rampant.

Chaired by Roishetta Ozane, a community leader from Sulphur, Louisiana, this event will shed light on the dire consequences of pollution in marginalized communities. Speakers include Wet'suwet'en Hereditary Chief, Chief Na'Moks, and environmental champions like Miss Sharon Lavigne of Rise St. James, Tribal Attorney and climate leader Tara Houska, as well as Manning Rollerson, Marcello Federico, Christa Mancias, and Rachel Rivera. This event will be introduced by legendary activist and actress Jane Fonda.
